Bananas Au Rum

Ingredients


6 bananas,cut in half lengthwise
4 tablespoons brown sugar
juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons water
6 ounces rum
whipped cream

Instructions


>Preheat oven to 375*F
>Butter a shallow ovenproof dish
>Arrange bananas overlaping in the dish
>Sprinkle sugar over the bananas
>Add lemon juice and water .Bake in oven for 20 minutes
>Add rum just before finishing
>Serve warm w/ whipped cream
