The Perfect Pancake(with diet ingredients)

Ingredients


2 Cup of Pancake Flour
1 Cup of Water
2 Eggs
(optional)Sugar
Butter
Lemon Juice(1 lemon)
1 Cup of milk(evap and bearbrand)
For those who are dieting
Eggs=dont put the yolk
Butter=use margarine instead

Instructions


Put the flour in a bowl.
Put the eggs,water,Milk and lemon juice(seperate the seeds)
Put sugar.
Mix all together in a bowl.....
Until it flatters(fluid)no bubbles or solid things...

In a pan....You need to use a knife and slice a little of margarine or butter!Spread it on the pan...And then Put the pancake mix..Cook both sides...And Viola!!The perfect pancake...

I added lemon juice for Mouth-Watery-Pancake....

It can make 10-14 servings..
